On Monday, 4 April 2022, the College of Veterinary Medicine, Visayas State University celebrates its first international engagement for the year with the arrival of visiting professors from the University of Zagreb, Croatia.

Their visit is made possible by the Erasmus+ Higher Education Mobility Program which features learning mobility opportunities for faculty members to promote  professional development and boost internationalization strategies between participating institutions. Before this month ends, four faculty members of the College of Veterinary Medicine are also going to Croatia for the counterpart visit.

In the morning, a courtesy call to the Office of the President comes first and will be followed by a counterpart meeting between the visiting professors from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Zagreb, and the faculty and staff of the College of Veterinary Medicine, Visayas State University.

The first lecture series kicks off in the afternoon, 1:30 PM at the RDE Hall featuring two topics on poultry diseases. The lecture will be participated by CVM faculty and selected students (LF2F) and anyone interested online (via Zoom).
