Membership Renewed with the Asian Association of Veterinary Schools
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (FVM) at Visayas State University is pleased to announce the renewal of its official membership with the Asian Association of Veterinary Schools (AAVS). This renewal reaffirms FVM’s commitment to the advancement of veterinary education and underscores its dedication to fostering collaboration and innovation within the veterinary community.
The AAVS is an international organization that serves as a collaborative network for veterinary educational institutions throughout Asia. Established in 2001, the organization aims to advance the quality of veterinary education, foster innovative research, and enhance public service initiatives within the field of veterinary sciences. FVM is a member of AAVS since 2022.
FVM Veterinary Teaching Hospital Renewed its Certificate of Registration with the Bureau of Animal Industry
The FVM Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) has been granted a three-year license to operate by the Bureau of Animal Industry. This renewal marks a significant milestone in the VTH commitment to maintaining animal health care and veterinary education standards. With this renewed certification, the VTH will continue to provide quality services and training for future veterinarians, contributing to the welfare of animals and the community at large.
